Canceling sponsorship

I asked to cancel my account and now you are still charging me. You have no options to cancel the account. I need payments to stop immediately. I have already disputed the charge with my bank. I have enjoyed sponsoring my child but I clearly stated I cannot afford this anymore and I am not happy with the system you have for canceling. Please contact me immediately

Leah, I am very sorry to hear that you continue to get charged when you had intended to cancel. I do not have record of receiving contact from you so I am very sorry as it sounds like there has been a miscommunication somewhere. As you requested, I have made your child available for another sponsor. Thank you so much for everything that you have done for this child over the last six months. We have been very grateful for your partnership. I pray that you have a blessed Christmas! I will be sending this message via email as well since you requested to be contacted that way.
