I hand wrote a letter to Kimi Grace and sent it in back in November and noticed it was scanned in December and was being processed. It then showed progress next to it so I kept on watching it to go thru. Then today I clicked on progress only to find out it was cancelled back on Dec. 28th and I can't think of anything in there that could cause it to be cancelled. I spent a lot of time on that letter so I'm upset that it got cancelled and not notified. Could I get a reason as to why it was cancelled?
