Hi, I have problems with my credit card, so I need to choose the option "Bank Account". The problem is that it seems I cannot submit a spanish account number. Is that the case? Can you please show me another way of making Dalia this payment before it ́s too late? I ́m due tomorrow and it ́s very likely that my card is going to refuse the payment.

Thanks in advance,
Dámaris.

Hi Dámaris! I am so sorry you have been having trouble setting up your bank account online. You are correct that our website will not allow you to set up a withdrawal from your Spanish bank account. If the problem is just that you need a new credit card, we can hold off on making Dalia's donations until you receive your new card. Compassion kiddos are still taken care of and receive all the same benefits when sponsorship money is delayed. You can also set up a wire transfer from your bank, or we can transfer your sponsorship to our Compassion Italy/Spain office if that would be better for you. If either of those options work best for you, please email us at socialmedia@compassion.com for details.

Thanks! I need until first week of December, because my credit card needs a new Personal ID to be activated, and that is what takes longer in Spain. So the best option would be to be able to pay 2 months in December. Anyway I will check tomorrow if the payment takes place. Thanks a lot for your help!

Hi Damaris! I setup your automatic withdrawal to skip this month. That way the payment will not take place tomorrow. Would you like me to setup a double charge on December 20 for both December and November's support? Then in January, we will be back to normal. Let me know if that would help.

Hi Susan, My sponsor child Yeimi in Honduras is scheduled to graduate this month. I was told by someone when I contacted Compassion in chat sometimes they stay in the program a little longer. Can you check on this for me? Thank you.

Hi William! We haven't received word that Yeimi has graduated yet, but it should arrive soon. It can take time for us to receive the information on graduating children from the country office in Honduras. If she is finishing up a vocational class or other activity, Compassion does allow her to stay past her graduation date. This is certainly an exciting time for you and Yeimi, and we are so grateful that you have been such a blessing to her during the last few years!

Thanks Susan, ok, let's do it that way. Double charge on December 20th sounds perfect.
