First, Compassion has not informed me that my payments have stopped so my payment has accumulated to $300+. I cannot pay for this accumulated sum yet. But I want to continue paying $38 per month. Problem is, the CI system says it cannot create an automatic payment plan for me.

Hannah, I am really sorry for the confusion with your donations. Back in April, we received an email from you requesting to stop using the credit card ending in 6586 that we had on file. Your email indicated that you would use a different credit card for Prince's support, but we were not given a new card to use. That is why the donations have accumulated to what I am showing as $266 as of this morning (after your donation yesterday). I can waive five of the seven months of support that we haven't received, which I have done for you today. The other two months of support I am not able to cover but I am hoping that will at least help you in a significant way! If you would like me to set up an automatic payment plan for you with the card ending in 6586, please do let me know. We are able to set it up for any day of the month.

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for waiving 5 months. I entered my Citibank card some time ago, but apparently that was not for the automatic payment arrangement. Anyway, yes, please set it up for my payment October 2017 onwards but do it please for my Citi card ending in 9770 (which is already entered in my CI account).

Thanks!

PS I don't want this thread to be publicly accessible. Can you please delete this thread too when you're done helping me? I have your messages in my email anyway. Thanks Sarah!
