Cannot update credit card information

My credit card expired, and every time I try to update the expiration date to the new card and submit, I keep getting a screen that says we're having technical difficulties, so I have not been able to make a payment with the non-expired credit card.  I don't know how else to change it.

Courtney, I am so sorry that you are having trouble updating your card information :(! It sounds like this is a completely new card you are trying to add, is that right? Is it under the "Payment Option" screen that you are trying to update the card and continuing to get that technical issue screen? Have you tried other browsers at all? If the issue persists even with other browsers, I suggest calling  our office to update the card information so you can get this changed quickly and efficiently.
