Can't find my sponsored child on my account

I logged into my account to make a payment but this error showed up "Unable to retrieve sponsored children or children linked to any funds". Did Gloria leave the program? Or is this because I missed out on the payments? Her ID is ID022500347

Jean, I'm so sorry for any concern caused by no longer seeing Gloria on your account. Sadly, because we had not received a sponsorship contribution for over six months, your sponsorship of Gloria ended last month. Please know that we did attempt to contact you regarding this multiple times via email since we do not have a phone number for you and you live outside of the U.S. Regrettably, it sounds like you may not have received our emails :(. Gloria is currently on hold for another sponsor, so she is not available for sponsorship at this time. However, if you’d like I can place a reservation on Gloria, so if she becomes available for sponsorship in the future, she would be placed on hold for you. Please let me know if you’d like me to do this for you. We sincerely apologize for this situation, and we look forward to your reply. God bless you!
