Can't Open Letter from Sponsored Child

Hello...

After months of eager anticipation, we have finally received a letter from our adorable little Edgar.  The only problem is...we can't open it!!  :-(  There is no little "letter icon" to click on so that we can view it.  Is there an alternative way of obtaining it?  We are SOOOO excited to hear from him!!
Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi Stephanie! Waiting for a letter from your sponsored child is such a hard thing to be patient in, isn't it? I am right there with you! This letter is on the way from Edgar, but it isn't quite ready for you to read. When it is ready, you will receive an email notification and there will be a little envelope icon for you to click on. I'm so sorry that you have to wait a little longer, but this letter is being processed for you now at least! Hang in there!
