We just received our first letter from the little girl we started sponsoring. I guess I'm just a little concerned because we are having a hard time reading the translator's handwriting. There are some words we have no clue what they say, most we can read and figure out from the contents if we can't but some we can not. Anything we can do about this?

Hi Dave,
Oh no! You can call Compassion and they can give you directions on sending a copy back for re-translation. I haven't yet had to do this but have heard it done by others. What I know is that it takes less time since they do something like a field inquiry. I'm not really sure if they have you send original or just a copy. Good luck!

I am having trouble reading the writing of my child's translator. I received another letter the other day and the writing was so hard to decipher. I am not real sure what was said which makes it difficult for me to respond. us2563571 Marilyn Jeffrey
