Card change gone wrong

It says that there is a problem with my new card, but it seems to be working other places just fine. What do I do? I even tried to submit my monthly payment manually, but it says my new card is expired.

I am so sorry your card is not working. You can update this two different ways. You may either log into your online account at Compassion.com or your may call us at 1-800-336-7676 and we would be happy to update this for you. We are available to serve you Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., MT.
If you would like to do this online but do not remember your log in information, please email us with a request for this information to socialmedia@compassion.com. This will allow us to send it to you privately. :)
