Card info incorrect and can't be changed

My debit card expired, I have my new one with the same number, but my expiration date is incorrect and I can't change it, and my payment didn't go through! Can you help?

Morgan, they will get it straightened out Monday, when they are back to work.

Hi Morgan! I have updated your card information, and it will resume automatically withdrawing monthly on the 20th beginning on September 20th.
