Ashley, I am so sorry to hear that one of your cards was accidentally sent to the incorrect child :(. Regrettably, once a letter has been scanned and processed, we cannot stop it or redirect it. If you would, I am happy to find the card you're referring to, and I have the scanned image sent to the correct child. If you'd like me to do this for you, please provide the child number of the correct child and the child it went to by mistake. Thank you!
