Hi!

For my son's birthdays we decided to sponsor instead of gifts. Originally I signed up my first son's account under his name, with my financial information. Then two years later, I added another child to that account since that was where our info was and realized it was a huge mistake because now it shows up as our first son to our latest sponsor!  I called in a few days ago and the lady I spoke with said she transferred the latest child to a new account under my youngest son's name so he could be the correspondent but I don't see that anywhere! I am SO confused and just want to make sure both of our sponsor kids are taken care of and know who is writing them!

Hi Rachel! I'm so sorry for the confusion with this situation! When you called on Friday, the representative sent a request to the department that handles these types of scenarios. It takes a few days to make the change, but you should see it changed over soon. Your son will only have the correspondent commitment on his account, which means he can write the letters to Stanley. The new account that is being created for you will have the financial commitments for both Stanley and Damian. Damian's correspondence will all go to you, not your son :). Let us know if you have further questions! Thanks so much for hanging in there!
