I sent a monetary gift today for one of my sponsored children's birthday, but I'd like to increase the amount I gave and can't go back now. Since I know it hasn't been touched yet, is there any possibility that someone could change/fix it for me?

Hi Kayla! There's not a quick, easy way to simply add money to a birthday gift even though it hasn't been sent; however, I can refund the $40 to you, which would then allow you to remake the donation in the amount you wish to. If that sounds like a good option to you, I can take care of it for you today!

Hello, again! The original $40 was taken out and I haven't been refunded it yet. Just wondering if there was a mistake or if it will just take awhile to go through......

Hi Kayla! I apologize for the delay in processing your refund. Regrettably, your gift was already in process when you asked to increase the amount which is why we offered to refund your gift instead of adding to it. Please rest assured that our processing team will refund your $40 gift as soon as they are able to. Please know that this may take 2-3 business days to complete. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We greatly appreciate your generous heart to bless your kiddo with a gift :). Have a blessed day!
