I was charged twice for a gift for my sponsor child that was in addition to my monthly support amount.

I am sorry you have been charged twice I would call the customer service number

Susan, I am so sorry for our error with this double and any inconvenience it has caused in your account. I look forward to getting to the bottom of this and correcting it for you. I see an $80 charge but regrettably cannot see what the gift amount was intended to be. How much did you intend to send? Anything beyond that, I am happy to send a refund for.

Hi,
I sent a gift amount of $80, and when I looked at my account on the 24th, the $80 was listed twice. Now I only see it once, but my bank account still shows two charges of $80 on the same date. Do you know if I really was charged twice for $80?

Susan, from our end it looks like you were only charged once but I want to be sure. Would you be willing to send us a copy of your bank statement showing the double $80 charge? Please black out any information we do not need and email the statement to socialmedia@compassion.com so that we can investigate this further. Thank you!
