Charged twice this month

This month I was also billed twice. Can you refund one of those charges?

Hi Ki Hwan! I am so sorry that we accidentally withdrew an extra $38 this month :(. Regrettably, we are still facing some glitches with our brand new system, and a couple of sponsors were double charged this month :(. Please rest assured that our IT Team is aware of this issue, and they are working very hard to resolve this so it does not happen again. We are also already in the process of refunding the extra $38 to you. Thank you so much for understanding and for your patience as we work to refund this duplicate charge :).
