Check on my child

I’m a bit concerned as I haven’t heard from my child since Oct 11, 2018. She has consistently sent letters at least every 2 months, so it doesn’t seem typical of her to go over 4 months. I realize there could be external circumstances preventing her from writing; I was just a bit worried and wanted to see if she could be checked on.
No need to force her to write if she doesn’t want to, just want to make sure she’s ok :)

Hi Kristina! I completely understand how not hearing for your child in more months than normal could cause you worry. I want you to know that your kiddo, Amina, is doing just fine :). With holidays spread over the last few months, she could have not had an opportunity to write a letter as frequently as she normally does. Children in Tanzania are often on their summer (opposite hemisphere) holiday at the end of the year, causing a longer wait for a letter. I do see that we have sent stationary to Amina to write a letter so you should be hearing from her soon :).
