I sent a gift of $60 to my sponsor Child Nathalia in May. Does she have until the end of the November to send a thank you note? I just received a new note today that she wrote 30 Sept 17 with no picture or gift reference. Thank you

Hi Bre! Yes, we do allow the children and staff a full six months since the time the gift was sent before we send an inquiry. If you have not received a thank you letter or photo of the gift by November 19, please let us know and we will send an inquiry on your behalf to see what happened with the gift.

Hi,
I have still not received a letter/ picture for my gift I sent Nathalia. Could you please do an inquiry?
Also, I have had a letter stuck in translation for a while now. Thanks.

Good morning Bre, 
I am so sorry that you still have not received a thank you letter and and picture for the very generous gift that you gave back in May. I have sent in an inquiry for you as requested to see what was purchased. Please know that these inquiries typiclally take about 45 days, but we will get a letter to you as soon as possible! :)
Secondly, I am so sorry for the delay in your letter. Because we have recently switched all of our partner countries over to our new translation software and we know that there will be some learning curve in getting used to this, we may see a little bit of delay in translating these letters. For the time being, in order to allow our staff some time to transition to this new software, we will not be able to push any of these letters through. We expect that they should be viewable within a couple months, but since this is all new to us it is hard to know for sure. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience as we get through the learning curve! I pray they will be available for you soon!
