So when the new system rolled out I went to my account and selected "Email" and "High Quality Scan." a few days ago I clicked over and saw that nothing was selected! So I checked the same two boxes and now today they're both unchecked again. I really would like to receive the high quality scans! I hope one is coming for the letter I received today.

Hi Erik! I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting your letter writing preferences to stick on the website. I have seen one other example of this issue so far. Please rest assured that we are troubleshooting and working to correct this issue. Thank you so much for letting us know! Also, I just checked your account and confirmed that it is noted that you would like to receive both the email and the printed scans.

Thanks so much! Also I just received my first online letter today! It was so awesome! I did notice the page said 1 of 4 pages and there were only 3 available. However, it looks like the letter was complete anyway. I'm pretty sure I'm not missing any pages but wanted to be sure! Sometimes one of Janelle's parents will include a note as well.

Hey Erik! I am so glad Janelle's letter came through for you :). Her letter was actually only three pages long. The fourth page must have been the blank back page of the last page of her letter.
