Hi Compassion, I just have a question. I've received one letter from my child as of July 2014 (when I started sponsoring, that was a intro letter), and not another one since. Maybe I'm just being impatient (whoops!), I know there's a guideline of receiving two letters per year, so I reasoned I should have gotten one by now. I just want to know if this is normal. Thank you!

Meici, I am so sorry for the delay in the letters from you child. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention! You're right that it is not normal to go more than six months without receiving a letter from your child as it typically takes two to three months for letters to be delivered. That said, you should be receiving between two and six letters each year depending on  how often you are writing to your child. It looks like we sent you a letter from Banchi in December 2014 as well as the one you mentioned last July. This month in May, Banchi sent you a third letter that I trust you will receive very soon. Because you did not receive the one that was sent in December, I am concerned that we might not have a correct address for you. I am sending you an email with the mailing address we have on file. Please verify whether it is correct so that we can make sure we are sending letters to the right place.
