I've written my child twice and I still haven't heard from her. The first time I wrote was 5 months ago. How do I know that my child is ok and my letters are going through?

Hi Amy!

My name is Grace, I write to a little girl in Guatemala. It typically takes 2 or 3 months for the letter to be delivered. It also takes the same amount of time to get a reply from the child. I'm sure her letter will come soon

Hi Amy! I'm looking in your account and I actually see two letters from you and one letter from Maria. Did you ever receive the first letter from her? If not, I will go ahead and send a copy of it to you! We've been discovering an issue with some letters to/from sponsors that are getting stuck in the system. Regrettably, your first letter to Maria got stuck just after you sent it in February, which is probably why you haven't seen a reply from her yet. She is probably going to receive the second letter you sent within the next month. I am sending the stuck letter to our tech team for them to push through the system for you so that Maria can receive both of your letters. I sincerely apologize for the issue and the delay in a reply letter is has caused!

Ok. Thank you so much. I've been worried. I did receive her first letter but then nothing after the first one I sent, and again with the last one. I just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong. As long as she actually receives the letters, I'm good. My biggest concern was not wanting her to feel like I don't care.
Thank you again!
