Child Sponsorship Not Appearing

I've received written notifications regarding the child I signed up to sponsor, however when I try to make a payment online it shows I do not have a child I currently sponsor. What do I need to do to correct this?

Isela, thank you so much for choosing to love and support a child in poverty through sponsorship! Did you recently sponsor Nithesh in Sri Lanka? If so, it looks like the first payment has not been made and so the sponsorship has not been finalized yet. This means that the payment will need to be made differently. Please visit www.compassion.com/firstpayment and enter your child's information there.

Yes, Nithesh is who I am trying to sponsor. I cannot locate the source code to fill in the required information. Is there any other location other than the payment stub where the code may be located?

Hi Isela! I apologize for the confusion! You may use Nithesh's child number, (LK010800206) and use the following website where you do not need to put in a source code: https://www.compassion.com/epayment/. If you have any issues at all with this, please let us know! :)
