I want to correspond with another child. I sponsor a little girl in Indonesia, but can't afford to take another on, however; I would like to write to an already sponsored child if possible. I don't have any requests other than the child be a girl.

Hi Haley! That's great that you want to share your love with another child through letters! All you need to do is email Compassion at ciinfo@us.ci.org (or use the 'contact us' tab at the top right) and ask to be placed on the waiting list. Just make sure that you include your sponsor number so that the child will be added to your account. Depending on the need at the moment you could see a new little face anywhere between a few days and a few weeks from now.

Hi Haley! I just added you to the correspondent waiting list. :) As soon as a girl becomes available, we will mail you her packet and you can begin writing. Please know that this could take six to eight weeks depending on how many children are available for corresponding.

Thank you so much for your commitment to writing and encouraging children in need. Our experience has shown that children who receive consistent encouragement tend to set higher goals for themselves. Your role is a very important aspect of our ministry.
