What can I do if I received a letter from my sponsored child, but it wasn't translated?

Or you can scan the letter and send it to us at ciinfo@us.ci.org.

I received a letter from my sponsored child but the translation section was left blank. How do I get this letter translated so I can read what my child wrote to me?
