Christmas gift given twice

A deduction for a second Christmas gift was made on my account. The amount just happens to be the same as my monthly donation. I did not authorize that gift. Can this be refunded or replace Octobers payment?

Lori, I sincerely apologize for this error in a second Christmas gift donation. We can refund it or put it towards October's support. Which would  you prefer?
