Our child sent us a letter in July, 2016, that she was quitting Compassion. I contacted Colorado Springs (Our child sent us a letter in July announcing her departure from Compassion. I contacted, and they were going to investigate. Now, Colorado Springs will NOT respond to emails. Any suggestions what to do.

Hi Richard, I am another sponsor and I am not familiar with that particular email, I use
They will want a copy your letter you received from her so attach it to the email  either scan it or take a picture.   Then they will look into it for you I am sure.  Hope you find out what happened.

Richard, I'm sorry for the confusion regarding Michelle. The email address you used is indeed the correct one to use to contact a representative and ask a question. The email address Denise mentioned is only for the social media team here, but we are all in Colorado Springs. Both email addresses answer all emails within 24-48 hours (excluding the weekend). Your account shows that you emailed on July 29 and let us know about this issue and a representative replied to let you know that we were looking into it. We needed to investigate, which involves contacting the office in Nicaragua and waiting for a response for them. This process can take about eight weeks until we are able to contact the sponsor with an answer. We just received a response about Michelle from the field office yesterday. A representative called you yesterday (looks like it was on your cell phone) to let you know what happened and he left a voice mail for you. Did you receive this message? We definitely want to get that information to you, so please let us know if we can send that along to you again. Thank you!
