Apparently I have lost contact with my sponsor child. The last letter I received was in response to a letter I did not send (congratulating me on my new baby when I am middle aged), and even though I have sent a subsequent letter several months ago, I have not heard from my sponsor child. I am concerned as correspondence in the past has been fairly regular. Could you please look into this for me?

Does your child have someone else that writes to him or her but is not sponsoring your child

I do not know that. The letter was addressed to me, however.

Leslie, I am very sorry for any confusion or concern caused by a recent letter you received from your sweet girl, Haleluya. I sincerely apologize as I do not see which letter you are referring to regarding congratulating you on a new baby :(. I have taken a look at her two most recent letters received on March 8th and July 28th, and neither of these letters seems out of the ordinary and do not mention a baby :(. Is this a letter you read online or a letter you received an email notification of? Would you kindly send us an email of this letter please? Our email is Thank you so much!

Leslie, it looks like we received a response to this inquiry and the letter in question was not written by your sponsored child. We sincerely apologize for the mix-up of letters. Please let us know if we may be of any further assistance.
