I just received 2 letters from Compassion on 1/17/17, postmarked 1/15/17 each letter was dated 12/15/16, the same date as the website shows. They are for Deiby and Nuching. They are the same letter saying something I mailed could not be sent to my kids. It does not say what it was. Can you check and see what it was? I have 8 kids and sent the same letters/contents to each one but only got the notification for the 2. I mailed the letters in the beginning of November.

Hi John! We actually are not able to see the specific items that are not able to be sent to the children. However, as long as everything you sent follows the guidelines, it went through. There is literally a check box for "unsendable items" as the mail team is going through the letters that is very, very easy to click by accident. That one check box causes the letters to be sent to you. Since you sent the same things to every child and only two had the issue, I would honestly say that this was an error and that your letters went through just fine.
