I am a member of the Compassion Correspondence group and the Compassion Sponsors -correspondence forum private groups on Facebook. Am I allowed to post pictures of my child on there?

your title says Fashion.  Did you mean facebook?  As you can see on those groups, we all post pictures of our kids.  You shouldn't use their last names, or id numbers, or personal information that you wouldn't want the child to see if they are on fb.

Yes, I did mean Facebook! (The auto correct on the smartphones catches me all the time! ) I am assuming that those posts go to just people in those groups. Also, I noticed on there last night, people were mentioning id# that were two letters followed by 3 or 4 numbers What are those?

Those are the code for the project the child attends. The two letters represent the country and the number is the center code.

It's your child's id number.  Say the number is PH1011234.  That would mean they are from the Philippines, project 101, and their number is 1234.
