I have been sponsoring my Child for a little over thee years and this morning under the "my sponsorship's" tab it says I do not have a sponsorship. I was absolutely devastated for a moment because I was telling a friend about it and also volunteering  at an event in my area soon.. I certainly hope that this is an error as it still post to my child payments and gifts. I have also recently asked for a change on the account which has gone unanswered. Does anyone respond to those changes made on the account editing?

Oh no Jon! That can certainly be upsetting to log on and see your child missing. 
Someone from Compassion will be able to help you after the weekend.

Jon, I sincerely apologize for the confusion. We received your request to remove a name on your account on November 4. Regrettably, we have to create a new record and cannot simply remove a name. We processed your request by creating a separate account under just your name and moved your sponsored child to the new account. This is why you cannot see your child on your old account. Information about your new account will be sent to you in the mail but I am emailing you the new information so that you will have it sooner. Again, I am so sorry for the confusion about the changes to your account.

Hi there!

I was living abroad in Australia and recently returned, and therefore switched my sponsorship back from AU to the USA. I have an email thanking me for my sponsorship to Angelica, however, when I log in Angelica is no where to be found on my Account, and it says I have no current sponsorships? I would like to be able to pay my support and am eager to be in touch with her again, please help me get her back on my account. Thank you!

Elisabeth, I apologize for the delay and for the confusion. It does take some time to transfer a sponsorship from one country to another - sometimes up to four weeks. When did you request to move the sponsorship to the US from Australia? It definitely looks like the transfer is in process but it has not gone through yet. I would expect to see her show up on your account (the one you listed above) any day now.
