My sponsored child included something in her letter that makes me concerned about her well being.  She wrote the letter herself in English and it could be that she phrased it incorrectly.  Who can I contact to follow up and make sure is not in a bad situation?

Lisa, the ladies that monitor this forum can help ypu. Hopefully they see this before they leave the office for the weekend. You can also email them socialmedia@compassion.com if it's something you don't want to discuss on a public forum. I would let them know your sponsor number and/or the child's number so they can locate your account easily.

Hi Lisa,

I am sending an inquiry to the field office of the Philippines to verify information on Jerica Mae. Once we do hear back from the field office, we will notify you. The information she wrote in the letter is concerning for us, too. We would be happy to discuss this further if you contact us at socialmedia@compassion.com or at 800-336-7676.
