Hi! Many of my letters, both from me to my kids and from my kids to me, have been stuck in the aystem for a long time. Can I get confirmation on which of my kids I have letters coming from and if they have gotten the ones I sent that are stuck "in progress?" Thanks!

Hi Rebekah! I can see that there are quite a few that are stuck! We're working on pushing these through.

I am having the same problem with some of my letters.  My first letter to Alan Gabriel (BR054500196) from June is still showing as being "in process."  Could you please check on that first letter for me and make sure it has gone through?

I also have a new letter from Alan Gabriel that I cannot view; it has shown as "in process" since January 24.  When can I expect that letter to be viewable?  Usually when I receive a letter, it is viewable right away.

Like Rebekah said - thank you for all your help and patience!  :)

Hi Mairi! We can get working on pushing that letter to Alan through for you. The one from Alan that you mention isn't quite ready for you to read, but it isn't stuck. Hang in there a little later and you should be able to read it soon :).

Hi Sarah, I finally received two letters last night, both of which had been listed as translation complete for almost two weeks, I was so excited to receive those, thank you!!! But to ask a similar question as Mairi, I too have a letter dated on 1/24 from my Dorca (PE057400575)
yet is still continues to say 'in process' ... can you let me know when I might receive her letter?
Thank you so much for all you do!

April, I don't have a date to give you on when that letter will be ready, but it should be soon.

Thank you for checking Sarah, I appreciate it...it is so exciting to know I have a letter coming soon, but sometimes my impatience can get the better of me as I am eagerly waiting for this letter fromDorca! One more question, is there a reason that two of the letters I was to receive from Mekdes ET044800443 and Kevin UG053600182 that were listed in translation from 1/18 are now listed as 'has a problem'?

April, we are going through additional quality assurance right now. It looks like both of these letters were taken out of the "happy path" to be reviewed for quality assurance. They should go through eventually though.

Eleanor, I am seeing that this is a new letter and is not stuck. It's not ready for you to read yet as it is still being processed, but it should be complete and on your account soon.

Hello! Would you be able to check on my two letters to Deborah, RW028000921? Both letters are stuck in "In Translation". With my other children, the letters will only be "in translation" for a day at the most (although, unfortunately, many of my letters from early December are stuck in the "Translation Complete" stage). I especially would like to see our introduction letter that I wrote a month ago go through.

Thank you so much for checking on this!

Hi Tammy! Even though most of your letters get through the translation stage in 24 hours, it is still normal for a letter to be processing through the system in the amount of time that these letters to Deborah are taking. Have you told us about these other letters yet? I do see them in the translation complete stage, but I don't know if we have added those to the open ticket yet or not. If we haven't talked to you about them yet, I'd be happy to get them added for you!

Hi Sarah! Thank you for checking. Not sure exactly how tickets work, but I think I did have a ticket for a stuck letter that was from July, but it looks like that one has now been fixed. My other ticket was for sending a correspondent gift, and I don't think that issue has been resolved yet. If these stuck letters from early December are out of the ordinary, then, yes, please add them to a ticket, but if they are still in the normal timeframe I don't want to add more work!

Thank you! :)
