Confusion Over Monthly Payment

How come it says my one-time monthly payment NEVER went through on my Compassion account but that it DID go through on my e-mail account? I really do NOT want to have to pay twice, not sure I would be able to pay twice and still support my sponsored child. I would like someone to confirm that I already paid because I know for certain I paid my $38. Please someone help my situation. My sponsored child's name is Jader Luis Diaz Castro from Colombia.

How long has it been since you made the payment? In my experience it takes 2 business days for it to go through on mine. If it's been longer than that I would call Compassion to see if it went through on their end. 800-3360-7676

Hey Rob! I see that your contribution did go through. It takes 24-48 hours for your contribution to process and will not show up on your online account until it does. Sorry for the confusion!
