Hello, I tried to email this request twice (to socialmedia@compassion.com), once last Monday, Jan. 9th, and again yesterday. Since I have not heard back, I assume either my emails are not going through or your replies aren't getting to me. So I will try to post it here, and if you get it three times, I apologize!

Would you please process a $75.00 Family Gift for my correspondent child, Aberu F. (ET5820050) on the card that I have on file? I do have 2 Aberus, so watch for that. ;)

Hi Tammy! I am so sorry that our emails seem to not be going through to you :(. I am working on getting this family gift processed. It looks like we might be having an issue when we are manually trying to send gifts to correspondent children, so I haven't been able to do it yet. As soon as I am able to, I will let you know! I've flagged this conversation to remind me to take care of you when I have the go ahead that it's working!

Any word yet on sending correspondent gifts? Along with the gift I have been wanting to send to Aberu, I have another correspondent who has not received a gift since 2010! She has a birthday coming up in a couple months and I would love to send her a birthday gift when it becomes possible.

Tammy, we are still working on fixing this issue, but we don't have an estimated time for when it will be fixed :(. I know this is frustrating, and you have hung in there with us so patiently! As soon as we can send the gifts, we will be processing the one for Aberu. If you tell me which kiddo you want to send the gift to and for how much, I can also place that request in our small group of gifts that need to be processed for correspondent kids. It too will be processed as soon as we are able to then.

Hello. I sent an email on January 4 to ciinfo@compassion-intl.com requesting that a birthday gift be sent to Gladness. I haven't received any response so I am posting here requesting that a $20 gift b sent to her using the card that I have on file. Thank you.

Hi Jenny! I do see the gift you intended to have processed for Matampash, but it was actually not able to be processed through the system. It looks like it was cancelled because we were still trying to get Matampash transferred back to your USA account from the Canadian one. I can process the gift for you on the card we have on file if you'd like, or you can resubmit that request on your online account. We are having trouble sending gifts to correspondent children, which is why Raymond's gift hasn't been processed yet. How much was that gift supposed to be for? When did you send that request in and how did you send it?

I will resubmit the gift for Matampash again from my Compassion account. Please make sure it is not processed twice. For Raymond's gift, it should be withdrawn automatically every year. I will email you the gift amount for Raymond. Thank you.
