Couldn't print receipt

I was doing my monthly donation and when I clicked to print my receipt I was forwarded to a page with an offer to sponsor two other children instead of my receipt with no way to proceed to the receipt and no way to go back. The emailed receipt does not have the same detail as the receipt offered at the time of the transaction.

Charles, I am so sorry to hear that you were having issues printing your receipt on our website. It certainly sounds like there may have been a glitch and I apologize if that was the case. Was "Print a copy of your confirmation" the link you clicked on at the end of your transaction?

Yes, as best I can recall that is what it said. Everything looked normal until i clicked on the link and was forwarded as I described.

Charles, I'm so sorry that you were not able to print out your receipt. To help us resolve this issue for you, please complete the following troubleshooting steps below: 

1. Close web browser and try again
2. Log out of My Account and log back in
3. Try another browser (We recommend Google Chrome)
4. Clear history, cache, and cookies
5. Try another machine

Please let us know if the issue persists after you complete this troubleshooting. We will also need your computer's OS version and which browsers you have tested to send on to our IT Team. Thank you for your willingness to help us fix this issue :). –Christina
