Is it still possible to deactivate child packets that you can't find a sponsor for? I don't want these kids waiting longer

Hi David! Yes, you're able to deconsign these children and make them available for another sponsor. If you are deconsigning 20 or less children, we have a link for sponsors to manually deactivate these child packets and they'll be made available for other sponsors. If the due date is five or more days out from today's date, please go ahead and return these extra child packets to us and we'll manually deconsign them and return them to being available for another sponsor.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled How can I return unused packets?.

My boss recently had an event and had received a package of sponsor packets to promote during the event. How do we return unused packets??

Hi Brandy! Thanks to you and your boss for helping us find loving sponsors for more children! I merged your inquiry into this conversation because David had the same question just the other day. There are two scenarios depending on when your boss's event was held. You can see my response to him above :). Let me know if you have any other questions!
