December Letter I wrote doesn’t show on app

I sent a letter to Immaculate in December and it showed on my app for a day, but after that it disappeared and my app says 53 days since my last letter which means they didn’t receive the long one I wrote. Can you search for that letter I wrote in December and resurrect it to make sure it’s delivered?

Hi Jill! Please rest assured that I do indeed see your amazing letter to Immaculate that you wrote on December 20th. I can tell that you definitely put a lot of love, thought, and effort in writing this letter to your sweet girl! I’m so sorry that your letter is not showing up on your application; this may be an issue with the app not displaying the correct information. When you log into your online account from a computer, can you see your letter there? If so, then please help us resolve this issue for you by completing the steps below: 

1. Log out of My Account and log back in
2. Update app in Google Play Store or App Store
3. Clear app cache
4. Uninstall, power cycle, and re-install application

Please let us know if the issue persists after you complete this troubleshooting. If the issue does persist, then I will need to send this to our IT Team to resolve for you. Should this be the case, we will need the following information: 

1. Device make and model
2. Device OS version
3. App version
