Did my child receive my letter that I sent on January 9th?

How was the letter sent?  Because that certainly makes it seem like the app is not recognizing a letter was sent.  IF it was sent in paper form, do you see it in the list of letters?  Once scanned in, it will show up there. If sent electronically -- are you sure you actually hit send? You might log on at a computer and see if it is still sitting in your Drafts folder.

I sent it electronically, and it does appear in my list of letters. But for some reason the “Home” screen on the app says it has been 147 days since I sent a letter. But it has actually only been 64 days since I sent that letter in January. So I was wondering why the app says it’s been 147 days.

Odd. I'd try logging out of the app and back in and see if it triggered that # to recalculate. Otherwise it seems to be a bug in the app. I'm trying to remember but I think the app counts  me as having "Correspondended"even if the letter is still processing.

Andrew, I’m so sorry for any concern or frustration caused by the “Days Since Last Letter” being incorrect on your app. Please rest assured that we have indeed received your sweet letter to Sofia, and it should already be on its way to Sofia :). Regrettably, we have been seeing an issue with the “Days Since Last Letter” number not refreshing after a letter is sent. Please know that our IT team and app developers are aware of this issue, and they are working towards releasing a resolution in the next update. In the meantime, a common short term resolution is to log out and log in to your account. This will force the app to refresh and sync with our systems. If this does not fix the number for you, then we sincerely apologize for the incorrect display on the app. I encourage you to periodically ensure your app is up to date in the App Store. Thank you so much for your grace, patience, and understanding.
