Different child’s picture on account

Hello Kristina, I apologize for the confusion about Amina's recent photo update. I agree that the new photo does not appear to be her. I have sent an inquiry to the country office in Tanzania to have this fixed. Often the child center staff take photos for multiple children's updates at the same time and they must have uploaded the wrong photo in to Amina's file. I am so sorry this happened and appreciate that you have brought this to our attention. I have asked to have a new photo update sent to you once they have fixed this in the system. It may take up to 45 days for a resolution and I appreciate your understanding and patience while we work to resolve this issue.
