Is there a way to not have direct deposit or is that required?

Hi Sarah! Yes, there is a way to not have direct deposit. We will send out a monthly contribution statement and you can send in a check or make a credit or debit card contribution online. Please let me know if you would like me to remove your direct deposit.

Sarah, as requested I have stopped your automatic donations today. Your support will be current through the end of October and you will begin to receive monthly statements from us.

Thank You. When can I expect to get my first statement from you? What happens if I forget a payment?

Hi Sarah! We mail statements out on the 20th of the month, so you should expect to receive your first one a few days after November 20. If you forget a month's donation, it will reflect on your statement the next month and you can catch up then. Your child will not miss out on any benefits of the program if that happens though :).
