I want to make sure I'm doing this right. I've sent one online letter to my sponsored child, but I just got my Welcome letter in the mail that comes with the Introduction stationary. I bought some cute flashcards with different kinds of pictures on them. I'd like to send him a couple of flashcards in every hand written letter I send to him.
Can I just put the flashcards in the envelope with the letter that has the child & sponsor number on it? Or do I need to also write the child & sponsor letter on the flashcards as well? Pictures also? Thank you...

It is best to label everything you can with your sponsor number and name and your child's name and number. You can put your flash cards and photos in a plastic bag labeled with all the info, and it will be fine too. Congrats on sponsoring a kid!!! It is such a blessing :)

Hi Taylor,
It is great that you have neat things to send to your child! I love sending my children things. It is my understanding that you need to put the child and sponsor name and number on everything, so if you are sending a few flashcards in each letter, yes, put it on each flashcard. I put it on each photo, bookmark, sheet of stickers, anything.

Plastic bags are okay? I didn't know that but it is a good idea. I'd hate to have to write a bunch of numbers on his flashcards, but I would of course if I need to. Thank you for your help, guys.

Just to clarify, if I have things such as individual flashcards, bookmarks, or photos and put them in a single ziplock plastic bag that is labeled with the appropriate information, that is OK (it is plastic not paper)?

Do I need to individually label each flashcard that is inside the bag?

Are zip lock bags OK AND do I need to label each item (flashcards) inside the bag?.

No, you don't need to place name/number on every flashcard or item you are sending if they are contained with a plastic bag, folder, etc. that has your sponsor number and child's number on the outside.

Do I need to include my child's reference number and my sponsor number on every page that I send? For example, if I send coloring sheets, does each sheet need the numbers?
