Double Charged for January

I was double charged for the month of January. I would like to know why my account was charged twice.  Thank you.

Mallory, I am so sorry that you were charged twice this month :(. I cannot find what caused that to happen, but I would be happy to help take care of this for you. We can do two different things. You now have credit in your account, which means that donation will count for February. We won't pull out a donation next month if you decide to keep in on your account to go for February. We can also refund the extra $45 to your account, and your donation will pull out again on February 20. Just let me know how you would like to handle this and I will take care of it for you immediately!
