Double charged in December, 2017

I was double-charged $38 in December, 2017 (Dec. 12th and Dec. 30th)....how do I resolve this?  Also, when I log-in on this website, I can't find any of my financial (credit card) information...is this the wrong website for this?  Thanks.

Scott, I am so sorry that you were charged twice in December! I would be happy to help get this resolved for you and also make sure that you are logging into  your online account correctly. Regrettably, I haven't been able to find your sponsorship account with our email address. Can you give me your sponsor number so that I can find your account? Make sure that you log into your online account . Once logged in, click on "Payment Options" on the left side of the screen where you will find your credit card information :).

We sponsor Edwin in Mexico and we were charged the $38 on the normal date of 12/12/17, but then were charged again on 12/30/17.  My wife contacted Compassion as well and heard back from Leah who said they had no record of the double charge so we filed a charge dispute with Discover.  Hopefully that will resolve the error.  I discovered there are actually two Compassion International websites with their own log-in which explains why I was able to log in to this website, but I wasn't able to log in to the other website you referenced that has the payment options feature.  I'll get my log-in information for that website and make sure the payment options are listed correctly.  Thanks for your help.
