Double charged

I recently became a sponsor for a child. In April I was charged the normal $38 I agreed to, but for May was just charged double ($76) and I'm not sure why. I'm not sure if there is a number I should call to figure out the confusion or if there is someway I can fix it from my end.

I am so sorry to see that your account was double withdrawn this month. I am very sorry for our error. I have sent a request to our processing department to refund you the extra $38 that was pulled from your account. Regrettably, due to having to close over 145,000 child accounts due to closing in India, we are a bit behind on processing refunds.
