I have 2 children that I sponsor and I sent a birthday gift to one which has his bday in November. Then in December, I sent a gift to the one that has a bday in February, but instead, you sent it to the same child! I called in and talked to a rep who put me through to another person who was going to look into the issue and call me back. It’s been over a week and I have heard nothing! What am I supposed to do??
