duplicate charge on credit card

I am showing a duplicate charge on my credit card for the month of April.  I was charged twice for my sponsorships.  How can I get this changed?

Joel, I am so sorry we charged you double for April and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We are working to correct this and refund the additional charge as soon as possible.
