Duplicate payments

We initially got a letter in the mail stating that we missed a payment, which we were on automatic withdrawal.  I logged on to the website and sure enough, the payment had not gone thru.  The account info was up to date, and funds were in the account.  I went ahead and made the July/August payment since the July one didn't go thru of $79.  I go to my credit card history and two payments were taken out for $79.  I can not afford to have this second charge on my card.  We love sponsoring our child but this duplicate charge is a financial punch.  Could you please credit the second charge back?  We will continue making our payments on a monthly basis. 
Our next due date would be in September.

Hi Mike! Please accept my sincere apologies that you were double charged for the donation you made online. :( The support for 2 months is $76 and you were charged a total of $152. I have requested that $76 be refunded back into your account. Once this is processed, your support for Mailyn will be current through the end of August.
