How do I find out if my sponsored child and her family are ok after the earthquakes in Mexico? We haven't heard anything so wanted to check and see if they were ok or needed additional assistance. Thank you!

If they were affected you would have been told, so no news is good news :)
For the second earthquake there was some damage to the projects but none of the kids/their families were affected according to the Crisis report page: https://www.compassion.com/crisis/advisory-second-earthquake-in-mexico-september-2017.htm :)
But I'm not staff and not sure about the first earthquake however if a child IS affected by a natural disaster they will phone or email you.

Hi Jenny,
As Teresa mentioned, in situations like this, no news is good news. However, we are absolutely more than happy to check on your child anytime. I am happy to let you know that Sabrina is safe! :)
