an employee can probably answer you better but I think it is probably jus a generic message that gets sent or that you Christmas gift just wasn't put in to the system yet

Do you mean the message on your account when you log in? Yes. That is a generic message of reminder. I have given a gift for the birthday but the reminder does not disappear until a certain date. Same now for Christmas. Already gave for Christmas but the message is still there. I just ignore it.
