Hi Gayla, I am another sponsor and I love the online writing system compassion has for sponsors! A sponsor writes letters on "My Account." On the home or main webpage for Compassion International at the top of the page towards the right you will see My Account. Click on that and if you haven't set up your account yet it should give you the option to set up an account. You will need your sponsor donor number located on the bottom of your remittance form. Once you have set up your account and are logged in look for the Write letter tab located on the left. Hope this helps! Someone from Compassion should respond on Monday if you have trouble setting up your account.

Hi Gayla! When you write to your child online, those letters are printed off in our office and mailed to your child so that they have a tangible hand written letter to hold :). We love this tool and have heard from sponsor's that it is a fun and convenient way to write to your child. I hope that you enjoy it! Just as Denise kindly explained, the writing tool is in your My Account on www.compassion.com. Please let me know if you're having trouble accessing your account and I would be happy to send your username to your email and reset your password.
