Email and hard copy of letter not translated

Our first letter has a lot of text but no translation on the app or hard copy. How do we get it translated?

Becky, I'm so sorry that Saruta's letter was not translated. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention so we can help you. Please rest assured that I have sent an inquiry to our field office in Thailand, and our wonderful field staff will have Saruta's letter translated right away.
